Thieves' Guild information

I'm looking for info on starting a thieves' guild.

I know there was a thread not to long ago on this subject, but I can't seem to find it. Any links to planning/running a thieves' guild would be much appreciated.

I searched for "starting guild" and turned up this thread, which might be the one you're referring to: http://www.enworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=87645&highlight=starting+guild.

There are also three d20 books specifically on guilds that I'm aware of: AEG's Guilds, Bastion's Guildcraft, and MEG's Guilds & Adventurers. There are reviews of all three here on EN World.

It was awhile back as I recall.

Canting Crew didn't look as though it contained much actual information on thieves' guilds, despite its title (I've only paged through it and read reviews, though).
