"Herald of the End (Ex) The Nowhere King was brought into existence by the creation of the universe, but was the living embodiment of the void, the perfect nothing that existed before it was born. The emptiness that it originally reflected had itself been erased at the start of time, and it longed to return to the ancient calm of nonexistence. The Nowhere King can select Transcendental abilities as normal abilities. This ability cannot be abrogated." This ability by itself is Supernal or Omnific level in power. It gives it 6 free cosmic powers, technically 12 as it's x2 hd, allows it to permanently destroy immortal beings, liches, whatever it wants, by killing their avatars, which is by itself overpowered as fu-ck, thats like killing someone in a video game and them dying in real life because of it, and allows it to take Transcendental level powers without first being Demiurge. That's like 10 things it does and it can't be abrogated and you disagree that this is gamebreakingly unbalanced? You can only abrogate 1 ability at a time, meaning another first one would need to abrogate this ability anyway, meaning all it's other abilities would remain intact, basically ensuring it's victory unless a group of first ones attacked it. So please, if you would, explain how can a group of other first ones fight this thing if it gets all this free sh-it and it can't be abrogated? If they're constantly under threat of permanent destruction as this negates their cosmic strings, their preexisting immortality, and any Contingent Resurrection spell or revivification magic cast on them? Every attack made on them would be a permanent death sentence. How could I as a DM reasonably throw this at my party? Being killed, repeatedly, is a part of high level IH combat, your damage potential and the damage potential of others will always far outstrip the hp pools of enemies, that's why rejuvenation is so important to combat to the whole make up of IH combat at Sidereal level and above. Just reducing that down to an I win button is bs. Abrogate alone can't get rid of multiple things, but it can get rid of a cosmic string, Transmortality, etc, but without getting rid or the other powers it becomes like a game of chess trying to figure out the other beings strengths weaknesses and defenses and if you have a group, peeling off those layers of defense to allow victory to be possible. So, again, this ability makes this creation horribly overpowered and unable to be used as is. Which I mean is fine, if you're like Apepsnake and just want to make things that can't actually be used by other people. But, if you're actually trying to make creations that are usable viable things to help enrich the campaigns of other people, which I think you are as your creations though strong have been pretty legit, this has to be roped in somewhat. Could you imagine playing a campaign for years, getting to first one level, then coming across just another first one who in a single swipe permanently wipes your character out while not even having to go to your realm to do so or even allowing other abilities you've specced for to function. Oh and it couldn't be negated by any means. Literally years of hard work gone in an instant because of a power that, for no apparent reason can't be abrogated? Do you think you'd think that was fair? You can literally abrogate ability scores, armor class, attack bonus, fundamental parts of a being, but you can't abrogate this one power. Like how does that makes any sense at all?
