I am not sure if these count, though others have enjoyed them, but I had written up each of the humanoids groups from Caves of Chaos (using my Realms template).

Helpful for interactions between the groups and between the PCs and the groups.

Realms Sheet for the Ravine Itself

(I attached the humanoid tribes to my first post on page 1).

For those interested in how my Realms Sheet can cover everything from tribes and organisations to wilderness areas to kingdoms, here is another one.

This one if for the region of the Caves of Chaos. It is for the ravine and surrounding lands. (NB: In our campaign the ravine was much larger than a few hundred feet - I based the size more on that painting of the adventurers looking into the place).

I hope this is of some use to some DMs.
