D&D 5E This op?

I have been working on a pc gnoll race, but I am a bit worried that the current traits may be op. I'm open to suggestions on things I could remove or how I can generally make it more balanced, any feedback helps.

Ability Score Increase

Constitution is increased by 2, Dexterity is increased by 2.

Blood Fury
If bloodied gain +2 bonus damage to rolls. Will increase to a +4 bonus damage at the 21st level.

Carrion Eater
Gain a +4 bonus to saving throws against poison.

Pack Attack
Deal an extra +2 damage on melee attacks against an enemy that has 2 or more allies adjacent to it.

Ferocious charge
You charge and deal an extra +2 damage on a successful attack. Increase the extra damage to 4 at 11th level and 6 at 21st level. If you are bloodied, double the extra damage and gain an equal number of temporary hit points.

Language.
Common, Abyssal.

Skill Bonus.
Gain +2 in intimidate, Gain +2 in perception.

I was gonna suggest just looking for the official 5e race, but it apparently does not exist. that's frustrating.

in any case these should just translate to having proficiency in Intimidate and Perception, that's kinda how they're doing it in 5e these days.
