Ok. How about this. Back of the envelope conversion stuff. (If the aim is to convert to 5E - not sure).

+2 Con, +1 Dex
Resistance to poison
Proficiency in intimdate (I'd go for Survival myself - it feels more appropriate to a gnoll)
Blood Fury: As a reaction when you are reduced to less than half your hit points by an attack you may use your reaction to make a single melee attack. You may not use this ability again until you take a short or long rest.

Change pack attack, too close to pack tactics- I had to think about it for a minute. Or, just give them pack tactics, but that power if very powerful and you would need to remove a lot of other things.
