Campaign components sounds like a great idea to me. Regardless of whether you run a homebrew campaign or a published setting, there is something you can use without too much effort in your own campaign.

I hope the knights issue has some discussion on chivalry and code of ethics for noble warriors from different cultures.

It does sound good. Heh... I'm guessing that the articles in Dragon don't contain OGC though. Of course I could be wrong, I haven't purchased an issue since 3rd edition was released. I'm planning to subscribe in the near future though... Guess I'll find out then.
