Upon reading an enjoyable list or quiz, many people's next reaction is to suggest more items to add. I prefer looking for ways to condense them into fewer items that cover the same territory more efficiently. And clean presentation is also a good thing.

I replaced Bankeui's long text descriptions with a handful of words that (I hope) get to the heart of the options and display them in a quick easy block of clickable choices, plus a few text fields for descriptions.
My version adds a few fields that cover logistics, because that's also important when deciding whether to join a game, but is still shorter than the original.
Future upgrade goal: a way to store choices into a URL string, so you can just keep that and it will reload your form choices.
