Rules as written, folks need to use the first person's quota, which hasn't been defined yet. So we're left to interpret as best we can.

Also, since we're all TTRPG'ers, hacking the rules is in our blood. So everyone just jumping in and answering and then putting in a new quote leads to ANARCHY, but fun ANARCHY And we're here for the fun!
