Thread Not Found (Unless I Log Out)

What I'd really like to see (but likely won't unless Xenforo decides to implement it) is a "blocked content" notification in place of whatever it is I can't otherwise see; if only to put some otherwise very bizarre-looking posts into context.
This already exists if you disable the "remove ignored content" checkbox in your settings. But the design in Xenforo is maybe a bit too subtle, as you only get a very small grey text indicating that there is ignored content and you need to click/tap it to reveal the actual posts.

This is what it looks like (added you to my ignore for demonstration purposes):

@Alzrius OEf, having pissed of Morrus enough to land in the ignore box... ;)

Apparently I pissed off Abstruse at some point in the past, but I don't know when and why... Although it's safe to assume it was something I said...

And it looks like Xenforo has reverted things back to how they used to be! From what I can tell, threads started by an ignored member are once again visible, and can be posted in, by those who are being ignored.
Doesn’t appear to have for me. I have one person in two way block that created a thread. Someone liked my post in that thread and I cannot see the thread. When I click the link it gives the not found message.

If I block someone and they create a thread can I still see that thread?

If so, how does one block an entire thread?

Also, can you 2-way block moderators?

A few things.

1. We use ignore (or block) as a general description. However, it has two options that you can set. First, you can either choose to remove ignored content. If you have this on, you don't see anything from people you have ignored. If you don't, you see that they have posted and have the option of showing the content. Second, there is the option of two-way ignore. If it's one, the person you have ignored can't see your content, if not, they can.

2. Next, if you ignore someone and you have those options on, you cannot see threads they have created. However, even if you have two-way ignore on, they can see your threads; they can see the starting post (the OP) and can comment in it, but won't see any other posts you make in it. In effect, the ability to see threads that were created by people that are ignoring you is the one time that this function isn't going to prohibit people from seeing your content.*

Please note that none of this is official, just what I have observed. There is no way to block threads just as threads.

*This thread was apparently started because for a short while, this wasn't the case. But apparently it's back to that now.
