To use for your homebrew, or just get a look at, here are three maps I did a few years ago, that I slightly updated and release as free clip-arts for everyone's use:
-- Raw version of the map (that you can fill with your own cities, kingdoms, etc.).
-- Elaborate version of the map (with a few names, some roads and cities, and other pictos).
-- Players' handout version of the map (of the above map to give to the players).
BTW: these maps are currently in use for an OGL D&D campaign setting that is developped as a Wiki project by whoever is interested in the project (see my signature below).
