Three New Feats

First Post
I'm starting up a high-magic, high-psionics homebrew campaign, and I came up with two general feats to allow more people to use magic. The third feat is from the Athas.org 3rd edition Dark Sun conversion document, but I'm planning on using it in my campaign.

Arcane Gift [General]
You learn two 0-level arcane spells, either of which you can use once per day.
Benefit: You can choose any two 0-level arcane spells from the sorcerer, and can use either of them without needing to prepare them, once each per day.

Divine Blessing [General]
You learn two 0-level divine spells, either of which you can use once per day.
Benefit: You can choose any two 0-level divine spells, and can use either of them without needing to prepare them, once each per day.

Wild Talent [General]
You learn two 0-level powers, either of which you can use once per day.
Benefit: You can choose any two 0-level powers from the same discipline, and can use either of them without needing power points, once each per day.
Special: You can take the Inner Strength and Talented feats to increase the number of times per day that you can use your wild talent. If you take levels in psion or psychic warrior, you retain the extra wild talents, and the ability to manifest any of your 0-level powers an extra time per day, just as the Talented feat allows you to manifest a talent three more times per day.

Do these feats seem balanced to you guys?
