Deva: PCs, to ensure that a long-dead evil remains that way, travel to the evil man's resting place outside of the city. When they arrive and begin to exhume the body, a Deva descends from the Heavens and tells them to stop, refusing to clarify.

Shield Guardian -

The wizard is dead, finally. His servant, a shield guardian falls inert after the wizard is destoryed. Many years later, the shield guardian has returned, and one by one, is killing the old members of the party that destroyed its master. Also, the guardian vanishes without a trace after each attack, leaving few clues as to its whereabouts. Thinking their old foe has returned from the grave, they unearth the wizard's casket from the old cemetary only to find that his remains still there. Who controls the guardian then? And why do they want the old adventurers dead?

The Great Sage takes the hearts, chants over them, and releases his Mistress, Tiamat the Chromatic Dragon, into the Prime Material Plane after years of imprisonment in Hell!

rust monster- weapons have been increasing in price, and when the p.c.'s investigate they find that a local mine is no longer producing iron ore because it has been taken over by rust monsters, driven by a mnore intelligent force. the owner of the mine doesn't want word to get out, because he fears someone stepping in on his monopoly.

Balor: The sixth of the Forests of the Elven Kingdoms in as many months has been destroyed by flames and lightning. Worse still, alongside the deaths of the noble families, the line of destruction seems to have no discernable pattern!
