I noticed a few major rivers (Colorado, Ohio) do not reach the ocean.

Otherwise, thank you for doing all the hard work. It's beautiful.
Actually it isn't my map, I found it on the internet, am working on a map of Europe, basically the map I got has hex numbers that aren't very clear, so I'm redoing that one. First I'm copying the hexes, then I will overlay the rivers, and from that I can do several versions of the Europe map, the one I am redoing is of 11th century Europe, as is it could be used as a historical D&D map, change the labels and it can be of Europe from any era. The North America map has no labels, by consulting another map, I should be able to place cities on it, or in the case of Thundarr the Barbarian, ruins of cities. the flaws you mentioned could be fixed.

Feel free to fix them if you like, I haven't worked on North America yet. I have finished the oceans on the Europe Map, once I redo all the hexes, I can renumber them all, and make a multilayered map of Europe that I can tailor to any campaign.
