Has anyone seen or heard anything of a game based on this 80s cartoon?

Not that specifically. But there is a non-d20 RPG titled Cartoon Action Hour that is built around the premise of most retro 1980's saturday morning cartoon and live-action shows.

BTW, who owns the Thundercats intellectual property?

I think "DIC".

However, Cartoon Network has aired all 130 eps, so i figure they bought it from them. So, one could think Warner Brothers owns it now.
