Let's see what they come up with to muck with the next dragon. This one? A leper necromancer, who whenever he loses 1/4 of his HP loses a limb, which then animates as a separate creature. First he loses his wings, then one of his forelimbs, then his tail, and finally his head (at 0 hp).
