I'm not sure if they've ever been statted out in 3e, but Mystara had the Rakasta. They were a quasi-oriental race of cat folk if you like the "samurai cat" vibe.

The tiger men from Jade Dragons and Hungry Ghosts are Chiao (and are under the Tiger General entry. They are both listed in Monster Geographica: Forest each under their own entry.
