Time Cleric - Need help to improve

I've always thought the Psion's Time Hop power needed an Arcane or Divine spell equivalent. Can you find a way to use this?

The 'Speed' enhancement won't really compliment the character, since I am going for the Cloistered cleric variant, less melee combat.

It doesn't matter that you're not a combat monster- "Speed" is still a classic "time" flavored shtick. Ditto anything that gives you multiple attacks or re-rolls to attacks or damage. It doesn't have to be a Battleaxe of Speed- a dagger or staff is just fine.
