Time Stop/Delayed Blast Fireball/Globe of Invulnerability

The globe of invulnerability only affects you, and you can cast spells while in it (you just can't be affected by spells from outside).

Delayed blast fireball is where you are getting very nit-picky rules-lawyer territory. Technically it doesn't affect anyone else right away so it doesn't end the TS. However, expect different DMs to rule differently. For example, they might rule that the clock is ticking while you are in TS or that you are in effect affecting someone else with the spell and TS ends. Of course if you do the globe first and DBF second it probably doesn't really matter.

Delayed Blast Fireball and Globe of Invulnerability are both concentration spells; you cannot have the two up at the same time without the other ending before the one takes effect. Other than that, casting DBF while in a Time Stop is an old, tried and true tactic for many editions now: I have a hard time seeing a DM rule that rounds in Time Stop don't count as 'building up' for DBF. Just be sure you don't try to cast another Concentration spell while in Time Stop, as it will end DBF immediately and potentially end Time Stop.

D'oh! You're correct. I even looked up the spells and missed the concentration.

The Globe of Invulnerability is set on a runed pedestal. So it's etched in the runes.
No concentration :-)
Apologies for not clarifying.
