Oh, and thanks! I have a $10 Retailer tier on the Kickstarter that let's them buy copies at wholesale, but not put out any money until they're ready.

I saw that... and just so you know you totally have a cheerleader in me. I have already got 2 other friends to pledge that have never heard of you before, based on 2 selling points
1) great game concept
2) As a regular at this community we can trust you more then just any old kickstarter to follow through...

I am hopping that this game takes on a life of it's own and you have follow up supplements

I hope to write a more comic-booky GUMSHOE at some point, but next up will be developing Fantasy GUMSHOE. it's a damn cool game, even this early in development.

Kevin, the best thing about TimeWatch is that I can use all this stuff from a wide range of historical Trail of Cthulhu adventures along with a fair bit of my science fiction collection. When you toss in parallel worlds of horror, mutant powers and more, that's almost the entire Pelgrane catalogue.

now I think this concept needs to be expanded...

Start with our real history, but put magic being real (albeit forgotten in modern world) back in the day. Add some ancient Aliens (some are tech some are fey) to history. Then put a big magic masquerade in place in the early AD... people forget. mostly regular history until the revolution- civil war when we add in some more weird dead lands and sleepy hollow stuff... keep it low key and out of history books thought... During WW2 have some super soldier/ mystery men "Super hero age" that mostly becomes back room super spy stuff in the 50's 60's and 70's...
by the 80's and 90's everyone is pretty much like us... then boom a new superhero age post 2000...

then time machines invented a hundred years or so from now...

Better yet, we'll discuss bringing aspects of those games into TimeWatch.

I am thinking real hard about buying all the gumshoe games now... and I am totally telling my friends this was my idea (Since I posted this idea before it went up as a stretch goal )
