Tiny Adventures

I ran an adventure like this once - the PC's entered a Mage's cabin that was protected by Fey creatures, and were reduced in size to 6" tall. The Mage's house cats became Dire Lions. The Rats under the floorboards were likewise increased in power and size. They had to figure a way across the cabin without getting eaten by the cats, or injuring them too badly - as they had been warned that the Mage was rather fond of his cats.

I figured out the scale differences, and described things in the size they appeared to be - chair legs looking 3' x 3' thick, etc. I sketched out the room both top view and side view, with "relative" dimensions: 32' to the table top, 60' to the mantlepiece of the fireplace and so on. That way I could easily call out the dimensions without having to convert on the fly.

I saw another dungeon adventure years ago where the party is reduced 50% and the big bad evil villian is a quickling

And what is the effect of wind on tiny folk?

the SRD and the books have info in this under environment. Essentially, strong winds or higher knock them down, IIRC - also wind buffetting can force concentration checks if spellcasting.
