Tiny creature monk damage

Does anyone know the monk unarmed damage for tiny creatures? I can only find it for small and medium.

You can extrapolate it, using the weapon scaling rules, found on page 28, DMG.

For a tiny monk the damage dice are (in order):
1d3, 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 1d10, 2d6

What KaeYoss extrapolated above matches the list given in Sword & Fist, p. 62 (with the 3.5 addition of the last step at 20th level).
