Tips: Revenge of the Iron Lich

A week from now I'll be running the 4thCore adventure Revenge of the Iron Lich at a convention. I'm wondering if anyone here has run or played that adventure, and if there's any tips, tricks or traps I should watch out for while running the game. Particularly anyone who's played this before, any comments on what was really awesome or not so awesome about your experience would be invaluable to me.
