Titan Quest

I have enjoyed Titan Quest. It *is* very similar to Diablo 2 but that is a strength, not a weakness, because Diablo 2 was a fun game. I haven't had a chance to play all of the options, but what they have done has been quite fun.

That's just me. Just wanted to say that I have enjoyed it.

Have a good one! Take care!

I downloaded and ran Crap Cleaner and it did not fix the problem. How do I get into my temporay files and registry?

I can only strongly advise you not to temper with the Windows registry unless you know very well what you are doing. :)

I picked it up shortly after launch, and I've enjoyed it. It's pretty mindless hack and slash in the Diablo vien, but it's well done and, well, fun.

The biggest problems people seem to be having with the game are:

1) Massive memory leaks. Helps a bit after patching to 1.11, but a lot of people are getting reboots after anywhere from a few minutes to an hour of play.

2) Odd problems with on-screen text. Fixes have included anything from properly updating drivers, to changing the antialias settings (up OR down) by one notch, to going to windowed instead of fullscreen. In my case, it was the fullscreen issue.

I don't mind it so far. Haven't suffered 'Diablo' flashbacks or anything, so....

It seems like most games these days suffer from memory leaks. Oblivion, Civ IV anyway. Though the worst I ever saw was in the recent remake of Pirates!
