Theatre in the Streets provides a means for actors to surprise and innovate themeselves among the crowd.&nbsp; It is a perfectly legal and legitimate actor's guild and union.&nbsp; They are hoping more become aware of them, after today's incident, to so that future injuries to the actors do not occur.</blockquote>
