De nada. Bitte schoen. You're welcome.

And IMO the best way to honor another's service is to give service yourself. That doesn't mean run out and join the military, necessarily -- though you'll be welcome if you do -- but the occasional small act of selfless service to your fellow human beings mkes the world a better place. Sacrifices are less when we all pitch in to shoulder the load.

As a former USAF Captain - thanks! I'm actually considering going into the Air National Guard as I miss the camaraderie.

To those who have served and are still serving - many thanks for your time, blood, sweat, and tears.

To those who have relatives who have fallen - my heartfelt condolences and appreciation for your sacrifice.

To those who are considering serving - it's the toughest job you'll ever love.

To those serving or who served in the militaries of the many nations allied with the USA - many thanks, viele danke, muchas gracias, and merci beaucoup.
