Tome of Horrors

I just got Tome of Horrors for my birthday and I gotta say "me like" its good to find a lot of the old stuff from basic and 1e back in print. my only "beef" with the book was the inconsistant CR's
specifficly the orog, 1/2 ogre and ogrellion. did any one else have a problem with that?

Glad to hear you bagged a great book for your birthday. Tome of Horrors is excellent.

I really haven't looked at the CRs that closely, but I'm sure I glad to see some classic monsters back in action. One of my favorites is the Trapper

I think CR's are inconsistant throughout the game anyway. But you've got a great book there. ToH is the best monsters book out there.

Them Orogs is nasty buggers. Almost killed me a party o' characters wit dem.

Yes the books is great, because it has the TWO-HEADED TROLL, the single greatest monster in existence.
