Pathfinder 1E Tongues Oracle Curse and Comprehend Languages

If someone casts Comprehend Languages, can they understand the Oracle's Tongues curse. I'm almost positive they would be able to since they aren't literally speaking in tongues, but I want to get some clarification.

It is an actual language that the oracle selects. This means that anyone that knows that language, even through the use of Comprehend Languages, can understand what the oracle is saying.
