The criteria for my list is that I have used them and how fun they were compared to all the others I have run. Plus they are only d20 OGL.

1. Nemoren's Vault
2. Giant's Skull
3. Crucible of Freya
4. Grey Citadel
5. Lost City of Barakus
6. Tomb of Abysthor
7. Idylls of the Rat King
8. The Coin Trilogy (sorry, but they have to go together)
9. Morrick Mansion
10. Winters Rune

Edit: Sorry Ed, I own far more d20 OGL modules than i have used. I own your Whitehorn books, but I haven't had a chance to use them yet.
They do read very well and i do recommend them to anyone. I must also say that I own most of Penumbra's, Troll Lords, MonkeyGod, Kenzer, MEG, Goodman, and others. There are very few that I read and didn't like. I own all of Necromancers and WOTC's.

I do not feel well-read enough in the module category to be qualified to vote. For the longest time, I hardly read any adventures at all. I created my own for my games, and just enjoyed whatever other DMs had to offer. I must admit, I even played portions of a few very well-known modules without even knowing it (the DM did not have an open and obvious copy of the module at the table).

Still, in recent months I have expanded my horizons, so what the heck, I'll go ahead and mention several that I like. In no particular order:

1. Banewarrens
2. Whispering Woodwind
3. Of Sound Mind
4. Hall of the Rainbow Mage
5. Morrick Mansion
6. Of Sound Mind

Ed, I'm in the same category as Treebore with your World of Whitethorn books. They look good, but I haven't had the pleasure of playing them of the occasion to fit them into my own game yet.

Here's the adventures that my group has enjoyed the most:

Sunless Citadel This will probably be the "Keep on the Borderlands" of its time. It's a fine intro adventure.
Forge of Fury I think this is perhaps the best of WotC's adventure path titles, and it's just a great low level dungeon crawl with a nice variety of opponents and challenges.
Rappan Athuk OK, so I admit, I'm an affirmed Necromancer Games fanboy, but the online support for this makes it an incredibly amusing module and a considerable value; tons of bang-for-the-buck in this dealy classic. The wilderness encounters really add a much needed respite from all of the "crawling" and are a must for anyone who wants more than just a huge dungeon crawl. I've ran 3 different groups through portions of it and can't wait to see the compilation rumored for release next year.
Crown of Shadows Sure it's Midnight specific, but it's just an outstanding intro to that dark, brooding setting.
Hall of the Rainbow Mage A bit too much loot for my group, but some great encounters and kept my group entertained for months.
Tombs of Absythor This one doesn't get enough props in my book. It's easy to drop into just about any setting (a common feature for Necro modules) and just has a fascinating collection of opponents for the PCs to contend with. Love the "fountain of endless skellies."
Heart of Nightfang Spire Death on a stick if the DM plays the BG to his genius level intellect potential. Things can just get out-of-hand if the PCs allow the BG to freely "restock" the tower.
Demons and Devils Also by Necro, just a great collection of 3 high level modules which require a good bit of thinking on the PCs part. These make great one shots.
Wizard's Amulet & Crucible of Freya Once again, a great way to start off a campaign though the PCs will have to play smart since TPK opportunities are present in good numbers (hey, it's Necromancer what do you expect?).

Not in order:

The Banewarrens
Lost City of Barakus
Forge of Fury
Crucible of Freya
I personally like RttToEE, but I know a lot of people don't for the "dungeon crawl" quotient

my top 10

In no particular order...

1) Vault of Larin Karr (Necromancer Games) - probably my favorite to date with 3rd edition. So easily expandable for lower and higher levels.
2) NeMoren's Vault (Fiery Dragon) - excellent campaign starter, works great as a starter for Ravenloft.
3) The Grey Citadel (Necromancer Games) - great example of what a well rounded adventure should be. It has everything...Investigation, Dungeon Crawling, etc.
4) Tomb of Abysthor (Necromancer Games) - you will see this one in many posts in this thread. :) Believe the Hype.
5) Lost City of Barakus (Necromancer Games) - The more I read it, the more I like it. Ill be starting this one myself on Sunday. Very expandable as well.
6) Sunless Citadel (Wizards) - Great starter and intro module for d20. This has already left some great memories.
7) Halls of the Rainbow Mage (Necromancer Games) - Definately use all the NPCs to the fullest. Well written. I did give the Baron 6 levels of the Disciple of Orcus PrC with 6 levels of Cleric (see necromancer games web enhancements for the PrC details).
8) Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil (Wizards) - Awesome sequel to the original.
9) Black Ice Well (Monkey God i think) - probably the best High Level d20 out there IMO. If you can find it... get it.
10) Crucible of Freya with "The Wizard's Amulet" free downloadable prelude. Best starter for d20 IMO. Theres also another enhancement with more hooks and followup encounters to make this module larger. The extra encounters really bring out more of the story. This has to be the best supported adventure I have ever seen.

Lotsa Necromancer stuff in my list as well. Kinda Trendy.... :)
Necro Games r0xx0r meh b0xx0rs.

A personal selection - I've not read or played in as many 3e modules as I'd like so its not as wide a scope as it could be.

1. The Grey Citadel
2. Wizards Amulet/Crucible of Freya
3. Morrick Mansion

Some adventures from the Dungeon are good as well:
Evil Unearthed issue #82
Playing with Fire issue #82

Cool. Fiery Dragon has had 5 adventures mentioned, 3 of which were written by me! :)

We will be publishing more adventures next year. Stay tuned! :)
