A few things that I think are very good:

Ptolus
Banewarrens
RotRL: Burnt Offerings
RotRL: Skinsaw Murders
City of Brass
Castle Whiterock

Incidentally, something like this was done back in January:
http://www.enworld.org/forum/genera...st-3rd-edition-nominate-best-rest-closed.html

Here were my entries then, slightly updated:

Supplements:
Relics & Rituals
Hyperconscious
Portals & Planes
Beyond Countless Doorways
Complete Book of Eldritch Might
Book of the Righteous
Toolbox
Advanced GMs Manual
Second World Sourcebook (also could be in setting category)
Plot & Poison
Elements of Magic
From Stone to Steel

Adventures:
DCC #28: The Adventure Begins (other DCCs are good, but this is silly good!)
City of Brass (also sort of a setting)
Rappan Athuk Reloaded
Shackled City Adventure Path
Shades of Gray
Slavelords of Cydonia

Settings & Setting Supplements:
Ptolus
Oathbound
Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting (added)
Freeport, City of Adventure
Bard's Gate
Bluffside
Hollowfaust

Creature Books
Book of Fiends
Creature Collection II
Tome of Horrors I (and Revised)
Creature Collection Revised
Denizens of Avadnu
Advanced Bestiary
Book of Templates 3.5 Deluxe Edition

And, since you said you are counting non-D&D focused:

Stand alone games/systems
Spycraft 2.0
Grim Tales

D20 Modern Supplements
Blood & Fists
Darwin's World 2.0

IIRC the game I want to nominate is called "Slayne" or "Slaine" or something- barbaric fantasy. I read it at Crothian's pad while I was adventuring around, and I thought it was just brilliant.

Most Useful (for my players):

Mercenaries (AEG)
Swashbuckling Adventures (AEG)

Neither of these were extremely well edited or tightly focused- but they provided a ton of material for my players; many of the classes, feats, races, spells, and other material from them found their way into my campaigns. Dralloks, Hunters, Inquisitors, Myrmidons, Kitairn, Swashbucklers, Pirates, Nobles, Wanderers, and about a bazillion feats and spells found their way to my gaming table by way of these books.

Best Quality:

Arcana Unearthed/Evolved (Malhavoc)
Complete Book of Eldritch Might (Malhavoc)
Book of Divine Might (Malhavoc)
Beyond Countless Doorways (Malhavoc)

These were... perfect. Everything Monte made was gold.

Most Useful (for me):

Tome of Horrors (Necromancer)
Creature Collection I/II (S&S)
Relics and Rituals I/II (S&S)
Spells and Spellcraft (Fantasy Flight)
Monster's Handbook (Fantasy Flight)

I got quite a bit of use out of these. The first three were great sources of new challenges for my characters, R&R and S&S provided lots of spells and magic items to shake up the campaign, and Monster's Handbook was Fantasy Flight's best generic book- it was a fantastic toolkit for modifying and designing monsters.

Best modules:

Tomb of Abysthor (Necromancer)
The Grey Citadel (Necromancer)
Necropolis (Necromancer)
The Banewarrens (Malhavoc)
All the Paizo Adventure Paths

Good reads, at least. Don't know how most of them play; though at worst I think I could hack them out into something awesome.

Ok, I'll try not to look at others' suggestions to rid myself of anything that would influence me.

Foul Locales: Urban Blight (Mystic Eye Games)
Artificer's Handbook (Mystic Eye Games)
Blight Magic (Mystic Eye Games)
Tournaments, Fairs and Taverns (Mystic Eye Games, Natural 20 Press)

Bluffside, City on the Edge (Thunderhead Games)

Book of Templates (Deluxe Edition) (Silverthorne Games IIRC)

Tomb of Abysthor (Necromancer Games)
Tome of Horrors (Necromancer Games)
Wilderlands of High Fantasy Boxed Set (Necromancer Games)
Bard's Gate (Necromancer Games)
City State of the Invincible Overlord (Necromancer Games)

Torn Asunder (Bastion Press)

Magical Medieval Society: Western Europe (Expeditious Retreat Press)
