Hmm, if it's the one I'm thinking about, that came out decades ago!

Where can one watch it these days?

It came out in the 70s. When I first saw it, I think I caught an episode on PBS and headed to the library where they had them on VHS. I see they have them on prime to buy or free with a trial subscription of Acorn (I have the Acorn discs at home). It looks like they are also on Apple TV to rent or buy (and youtube I think is also selling them).

The one person who was miscast was George Baker.

I rather like George Baker in that role. He doesn't pop as much as Patrick Stewart or John Hurt, but that always felt somewhat intentional to me (Tiberius is meant to be uncharismatic as a character). But the performance right. That said, I never really thought how else the role might be performed so maybe another actor would have been interesting

One interesting thing I noticed, rewatching this fairly recently, is it suggests (whether from the writer, director or actor is unclear) that Claudius was on the Autistic Spectrum. 1976 was quite early to reference that. It's quite common nowadays.
