i own 9 out of the 20 (1,3,5,6,12,14,17,18,20). i think the ratings are too high. about 2 points 2 high for all of them. except #20. maybe only a half point too high. ;)

edit: those ratings are based on a scale of 1 to 10, right? with 10 being high.

Wow, I have 18 of the 20 products on the list. I'd agree for the most part, although I'd also include the Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary as well.

Magical Medieval Socities isn't on the list. The list is either flawed or dated.

The list is neither. It's a math equation and I'm afraid that Magical Medieval Socieites only has three reviews (Psion, d20 Magazine Rack and my own) in EN World's Database. Needs a minimum of 5 to hit the ranks and the other two would both have to be 5 as the lowest on this ranking is over 4, which MMS is a solid 4.0 now.

The need for 5 reviews is solid - it prevents a few people from stacking the list or anything - but it would be interesting to see what the top 20 looked like based on, say, 3 reviews. Atlas' Dynasties & Demagogues has a 4.75 average on 4 reviews, for instance.
