I voted no. Even if their is a Lord of Dreams... He/she/it is however one of the deities, though 99.9999% of all mortals have never heard of him/her/it.

Despite this appearant lack of worshippers, the Lord of Dreams is actually the most powerful deity of my pantheon. Every mortal worships him/her/it every night, even if they don't know it. Every little dream is one more little sacrifice to the Lord of Dreams, increasing his/her/its power yet another little fraction and adding yet a tiny piece to the puzzle that is the Realm of Dreams... ;)

Of course I'm not Duty - duty is greater than any god or man! It transcends and purifies! It cannot be killed, so long as a breath is drawn into dutiful lungs, or a spirit of loyalty in anyone remains!
