Touch attack bonus

About what bonus equivalent should this magic weapon special ability:

When making a touch attack for a spell, you may make the attack "through" the weapon, adding any of its to-hit bonuses to your to-touch roll. No damage is done by the weapon, however. If something deletrious would normally happen to the weapon when it touches a target, like a axe to a rust monster, the effect still occurs.

Or would it be better as a flat gp amount? Obviously, the owner of a +1 flaming burst axiomatic longsword will benefit much less from this than the owner of a simple +5 longsword.

I'd be like a +1 Channeling enchantment bonus. I'd personaly word in instead that it allows the weapon to be used to deliver the damage as a regular attack, and addes the weapon damage to the spell damage. I understand what you're doing, but a touch attack is generaly significatly easier than a normal attack, so usually people don't need much of a boost to hit it.
