It looks like it's set in the default world of 4e.

Looks like the Far Realms are still around; I don't know if that had been confirmed prior to this. It also looks like its had its theme changed a bit to be all tentacles and slime, instead of simple reality minus physics.

Goodbye, fights with the color purple.

The Far Realm actually had a pretty nice writeup in the Worlds and Monsters preview book.

They affirmed the deity Ioun.
It will updated for 4th edition and they included this monsters

and they made information bars for bardic knowledge!
