Touch spells holding the charge/casting another spell

Not sure this is possiblem and my books are not available...

a caster casts a touch spell and holds the charge. Can he then cast another spell, and keept the touch spell ready for later?

No he can't. There's an exception, though: the spell Spell Flower allows you to hold the charge on a touch spell while casting another spell.

If I do remember well, a touch spell on hold fizzles when you try to cast another spell or pretty much loses your concentration.

On a side note; familiars can hold touch spells separatedly, what is a very useful resource.
