Behemoth3/Otherworld Excursions created the Kill Monsters & Win Money tournament to create opportunities for professional GMs. Having just run the tournament successfully at Gen Con So Cal - and gained some insight into how to optimize its profit model and structure - we are now looking for expert DMs to run KM&W$ tournaments at their local conventions and at Gen Con Indy in 2006.
This is not a paid position in the strict sense, but the tournament is designed to generate a profit for the DM. Applicants should have good professional ethics, a thorough mastery of D&D 3.5 rules, and the ability to provide references from players who can attest to their dramatic flair and skill as an entertainer; experience running convention games is preferred.
