Alchemist Fire, Tanglefoot Bags, and Thunderstones on pages 128-129 of PH 3.5 are really cool IMHO. I never leave the castle without 'em. I had lots of fun a while back with a Halfling Sorcerer that rode around on a riding dog. She had a Heward's Handy Haversack full of the stuff. As it turns out Tanglefoot Bags are really great for bringing winged creatures to the ground....but I digress.

Inhaled poisons?

What do you need to chuck a noxious gas item into them for?

Stinking cloud?
Fireball?

Reduced boulder to push them outwards?

Blast Disk, set for 10 rounds, hold onto it, ready an action to throw it right before it blows up in your hand. (Heroes of Battle, IIRC)
