[QUOTE="yangnome, post: 3692567, member: 7413"] Manny is a security guard at the local Wal-Mart. He always wanted to grow up to be a cop, but never had the aptitude or really the smarts to do the job. Of course he views his job at Wal-Mart to be just as vital to the public safety as those working the streets, and goes to great lengths to “regulate” those that would break the rules in his store and around him at all times. He feels its his duty to protect the citizens of Big Woody, whether he’s on or off duty. That is until…he gets some liquor in him. Once he’s had a drink, Manny undergoes a sort of Jekyll & Hyde transformation. He doesn’t actively try to break the law, but he can easily be talked into doing just about anything. Once that stone gets rolling down the hill, it is too hard to stop. Of course his level of “enthusiasm” is just as high when drunk as it is when sober. Oh yeah, many drinks pretty much whenever he’s off duty. To put it frankly, Manny is an annoying prick. He’s overanxious to help out the cops when they are around, even when he is drunk. To his benefit, the cops in town know him and can’t stand being around him. They’ll often go to great lengths to leave the area and get away from him, if for nothing else to stop him from slobbering on them. Manny still lives with his mother in the trailer park his most prized possession is his pepper spray. Many is allowed to carry pepper spray at work—it’s the only thing he’s allowed to carry. Of course, he’s upgraded from what he was issued. He carries around a huge “riot sized” bottle. He says “you’ll never know when you’ll need it, it’s best to be prepared”. He uses it frequently, in fact he usually goes through a bottle or two a week. He carries it both on and off duty. Manny still lives at home with his mom. He grew up without a Dad—there are a number of theories as to which guy in the park could be his dad, and any one could possibly be true. Manny has a secret crush on Darlene. They went to school together until he dropped out in grade 8. He’s secretly stashing away some cash to take her out on a date where he’ll confess his undying love to her. He’s got about $8 bucks set aside right now. The only one he’s told about his crush is his best friend XX (maybe, I assume it’d be fun if it was one of the player characters).
