Can trained animals use the aid another option?
I had a player come into the game with 3 riding dogs wanting to use them as buffs for his defense and attack, not to mention possible flanking for his character.
I would appreciate feedback regarding the use of animals in this fashion and any ideas on the commanding multiple animals in combat.
For example: If an animal is injured while performing a task, would the handler of the animal be required to make another check because the DC changed?
