I enjoyed it.

There were some kinda glaring pacing errors towards the end ("WTF Bumblebee's captured? But he was just with the humans not two minutes ago!"), and
Sentinel's heel-face turn was kinda out of left field
even if I hadn't had it spoiled on AICN, and the entire Decepticon plot really only works if you squint and try and not think too hard about it.

But, it was fun, mostly-mindless enjoyment, and the 3d work was really well-done. I also enjoyed the old series references, like Megatron knocking the statue out of the Lincoln Memorial and sitting in the throne.

The meatbags were more annoying in this movie that the other movies, even though 3 was better than 2 overall.

Too long, plenty of stuff could have been left on the cutting room floor.

It was about as bad as I expected it to be.

The plot made ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.

The final section was pretty awesome in terms of giant fighting robots.

The main question is
why the Decepticons needed the space bridge to bring the other 200 Decepticons in, when it's clear Transformers can travel in space, and also what the hell all those guys buried on the Moon have been doing for the previous two films?

So long as you don't consider the plot, and just enjoy the fighting, it's OK.
