There is only Russian PHB and it isn't very good. There are some unofficial translations. On www.gameforums.ru they publish 3.5 SRD, but it's done very slowly. I know some ppl who prepare to translate 4E corebooks as soon as they get them, but... it must be illegal, so I don't want to frame them giving links here.
Slowly is better than not at all I guess...
I have enough stuff in Russian for 3rd edition now to at least give the wife a specific idea to see if it is something she would be interested in.
