But, oh my god, 448 pages for $44.95 might just hurt their sales a bit. Well, I for one hope that they do well.

Is anyone else out there looking forward to this?

I will grant that the initial bite seems high, but if you compare the price based on page count, T20 is the best deal going. It is cheaper overall than most other games currently available.

I will be pre-ordering on June 28th when I can afford it. I've been a fan of Traveller since I started playing it in High School with the release of the LBBs. But getting new players is proving to be difficult as they complain about the system.

T20 may just be my salvation. It is the setting rather than the rules that I love so much. (Okay, I admit it; I love designing my own spacecraft. )

My only complaint about T20 is the cover. Like several posters on your message boards, I would have preferred a minimalist approach - something simple and elegant.

Between this and Hero 5th, I'm going to drive my group crazy with retro gaming! Well, that's what they get for playing with someone who has been gaming longer than they have been alive.
