At level 9 I will probably do a Wisdom ASI, but Fey Touched with Dissonant Whispers would work well too, and I would take that if I did not get Misty Step through my subclass.  Level 10 would get you 3rd level spells.At level 13 on this particular character I am going to take Dragon Fear and boost Charisma (because of synergy with Beguiling Twist) but if you went a different Ranger with Fey Touched at 9 you could go Warcaster or Telepathic or Observant here for a 20 Wisdom. I might look at multiclassing again after level 14 and going to Bard although Cleric would also be an option.  You have CWB at this point and the 3rd class gives you a lot more spell slots and the Ranger is flattening out here.  I still think it is viable going forward from here even if you stay Ranger.I did this with a Dragonborn specifically playing into Fey Wanderer and Beguiling Twist, but an Elf, Dwarf, Human or maybe even Tiefling would be really good here too.The only subclass I would not recommend it on is beast master because you already have your bonus action covered up with your beast.</blockquote>
