Treasure of Talon Pass worth paying $60 for on eBay?

I'm not from the US and missed out on all the Free RPG Day goodies.

I wouldn't have minded picking up Treasure of Talon Pass but it's already selling for astounding prices on eBay so I think I'll give it a miss.

Is it worth that much?

I wonder if some RPG shops forgot the spirit of Free RPG Day and stockpiled such modules to sell for big dollars later?

No it is not worth that much. I don't have it with me at the time but it seemed like a pretty simple straight forward Kobold Bash. Given the number of kobold modules that are out there (including the $30 SHadow keep adventure) $60 is nuts.

According to The Rouse (at least I think it was The Rouse), the adventure will be available for download from the official D&D site soon-ish. I think it was... a month, maybe? They'd release it sooner, but there's some kind of contract hoo-ha preventing it. Anyway, it's definitely not worth the 60 bucks if you can get it legally for free (unless you're a collector, in which case, I don't know what to tell ya.)

I'm not sure they'll get it posted in a timely fashion even after the month is up judging from the way the web stuff is run at WotC but it is supposed to be posted.

A lot of the contributions from other companies is already up.

I wouldn't pay $60 for it, though if you absolutely must have the hard copy version I'll sell it for $55

I'm playing in a D&D 4e campaign, and I think that my DM will be a little miffed if I read the module.
