Treasure parcels

Hello i need to clear to clear out something about treasure parcels.
what does excatly 2 first level and two second level treasure parcels ?

In DMG p126 it shows 10 items per party lvl. Does that mean select 2 from the list of party lvl 1 and 2 from partly lvl 2 ?

If something asks for two level 1 parcels you pick any two of the 10 level 1 parcels from the tables, similarly if it says level two parcels.

If you have something saying to place 2 level 1 and 2 level 2 at the same time I suspect there's an error somewhere since you should only be handing out parcels for the level your players are currently playing.

I'm not entirely clear what you are actually asking. If you're saying you have an adventure that needs to include two 1st level parcels and two 2nd level parcels, just pick (or roll) two off of the lists in the DMG and adjust to taste (there's nothing wrong with changing "100 gp" to "35 gp, six pieces of obsidian worth 10 gp each and a silver pipe worth 5 gp").

If you have a group of mixed-level pcs, or actually in any case, what I would recommend is basing the treasure parcel's level on the encounter level, not the party level.
