Treasure

Art Objects:
I was sick of getting the same DMG art objects again and again, so I started this thread:
http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?p=2348663#post2348663
If you need art objects to give to the PCs as part of a treasure, check it out. On the other hand, if you have cool art objects that other GM's could use in their own games, please post them there for all to use.

Magic Items:
New magic items can be found in the following threads, thanks to Corvidae:
http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=127346&page=1&pp=40
And to Jester47:
http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=101906
Check them out. There are some fun curve balls to throw your players' way. Add your own, too.

Mundane Items:
The list is only so long in the DMG, but just think of all the myriad non-magical stuff that adventurers lug around all over the place. List yours here, or find inspiration:

Natural Treasure:
Look to Tonguez' thread of naturally occurring treasure items (which are not gems):
http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?p=2359538&posted=1#post2359538

Gems:
I'm not sure if there's a need or not, but why not have a gem thread, too?
http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?p=2348731#post2348731

I offer the above links as alternatives to the tables found on pages 55 & 56 & Chapter seven of the DMG, and Appendix 1 of Draconomicon. I'll list some other sources for treasure when I get to it, but I'd like to know what you all use, too.

Also, check out IcyCool's named magic items thread at:

My Cursed Items Thread

Are there other treasure generation links I should include?

I like well-rounded treasures, with all the different categories of treasure, or a reason for the abscence or preponderance of one or more kind. I like the details in treasure hoards so much, I designed different currencies, so that different treasures in different locales have different coins.

Magic Items are, of course, the coolest, but my big problem with generating them randomly is building a table that incorporates all of the different sources I like to use. 99-100 (DM's choice) comes up so rarely that if I waited for it in the DMG, I'd never get to randomly generate all of the cool stuff in the Book of Eldritch Might or Magic of Faerun, much less in the BoVD or old Planescape material.

Nifty. I'm trying to come up with a better way to make mundane treasures. These threads are a big help, thanks!

I'll post my system when I get farther along...

BUMP
because I just posted a new magical item to the Item a Day thread, and because this thread is no longer on the first page of my subscriptions, and because, despite instructions to the contrary, I'm still waiting for XCorvis thing, and I don't want him/her to forget.

Heh, sorry. Real life has sideswiped me. Also, my idea was poorly-concieved and ran out of control. Right now I just have several large lists with little idea of how to put them together.

Happy to hear it! :) We've slowed down on releasing fantasy PDFs (not due to a lack of ideas, but because sales continue to drop) but I'll still write the occasional PDF of treasures. Plus the DM's Idea Pipeline has new treasures every month.
