Trouble responding to playtest surveys

Anyone else been getting email invites to respond to the playtest with unclickable links? I'd think it was my virus protection software, but it is it, WotC survey email is the only thing that sets it off. Everything clickable gets blocked, and I can't seem to get it unblocked. Other emails from WotC work fine.

I went on the WotC site to try to find help, but it makes me break out in hives. (Well, figuratively, anyway. :D) Customer support useful for this kind of thing?

Customer Support might be ok with it, if they know about your email and anit-virus systems.

I'd suspect an anti-phishing setting on your computer or email system. The survey link doesn't go to a WotC server.

You might also be able to get at the underlying link and copy/paste it into a browser.

Note the surveys are one-shot - once started you have to complete the whole thing. I got caught out by this and missed my chance to give feedback on the second survey.

Yeah, probably your email client or security settings -- I had no issue with links.

The latest survey was huge, and I was annoyed that it wouldn't let me give isolated feedback. If I wanted to give feedback on spells, I had to rate every spell, not just the ones I wanted to provide feedback on. So I ended up skipping sections because I didn't want to give poorly-informed feedback, which meant some areas where I had good input got skipped.

I tried that, but it was if the link itself was garbled. And it's every single link in the email, including the one that is supposed to give you a cleaner version of the email. :D

I'm using the standard version of Trend Micro for virus if anyone else is having this issue.

Actually that doesn't look like your anti-virus, but perhaps a combination of the email format used for the survey and your email client.

Could you post a link from the email (not the survey link, or anything personal to you such as the cleaner email) - perhaps the link to WotC's home page? I might be able to spot some of the obvious types of corruption you can get.

I thought they cleaned this up, remember the nightmares with the first playtest packet download and survey, odd, that a big company like WotC/Hasbro cannot handle something so simple.

Sending by private email, as I want to leave the GUID in. I'm using Outlook Express (the freebie version on Windows 7.)
