Trouble Uploading Sig Image

I'm trying to update my sig images, and I'm getting an error that it cannot save the image. I've made sure it's under the 19.5 k. I've tried both uploading it from my computer, and linking it from another website. Any idea what might be wrong?

I too have this problem, and have tried both the Web-based URL option and file upload option for images that meet the specifications, but without success.
