True Strike as a Swift Action?

I was considering changing True Strike's casting time to a Swift Action or even an Immediate action. My question is, has anyone ever done this and do you think it would be too unbalancing?

I'm inclined to think that the proliferation of action types is unbalancing in and of itself - move, attack, free, full-round, immediate, swift, reallysuperdooperswift, waitireallymeanitthistimeimmediate, blinkofaneye, warpfactor7mistersulu, et cetera, et cetera, ad infinitum ad nauseum... :\

Heh, I am waiting for an action type labeled 'interrupt'!

Well, they actually do need to formally create a "reaction" action.

As for a swift TS, maybe as a third-level spell.

I have a player with Monkey Grip, Power Attack, and the Havoc Mage PrC from the Minis Handbook. Very nice combo when he memorizes a bunch of True Strikes.

A swift action True Strike would be a 5th level spell.

As that it would still be slightly better, especially for Sorcerers. ;)
