True20: is there a hit point conversion?

Since Spycraft is a little ponderous with rules, my friend wants to use True20 to run a spy scenario. He prefers hit points to the damage save, though. Is there a good conversion somewhere?

I think there is on the True20 boards. I seem to recall some discussion about hp conversion awhile back, but I'm not positive.

Check the rules forums, or just post about it, and I'm sure you'll find someone who knows better than I do.
